The intent of Tuesday's interval workout for the Tru-Spirit clan was to achieve bounding reps with an increased heart rate and a steady increase in lower muscle fatigue. -
The idea is to achieve the same target rep scheme or incrementally increase the reps across all four intervals. -
2 minutes work/2 minutes rest × 4 sets -
200m Run then in the remaining time: -
