Maria leads us on Our Echo Flow Yoga to do inner yoga and outer yoga with a slow yin embodiment yoga practice for more holistic health and healing.

Join Maria Macsay for a gentle Yin practice inspired by the winter season those of us in the Southern Hemisphere are transitioning into. From an energetic perspective this practice will support inner connection and personal reflection. And from the physical perspective, this practice will create space along the backline through the calves, hamstrings, back, and neck.

Yin Yoga is a slower-paced, more meditative version of the physical practice of yoga asana. In Yin Yoga, the poses are held for a long period of time to mindfully target the deeper connective tissues and the energetic lines of the body studied in Chinese medicine theory.
