Free Choice Mineral Feeder For Cattle

Описание: As the old timers around here like to say "you have to make hay while the sun shines". Last week we made an investment in our cattle herd while on a trip up to Wisconsin. After enjoying a few days of family and the local sights we drove over to Lancaster Wisconsin to visit the people at Free Choice Enterprises or FCE. FCE has been on our radar for a while. They specialize in mineral and vitamin supplements that are tailored to specific animals, herd sizes and environments. For our needs the crew recommended a 20 hole feeder with a variety of minerals, trace minerals and vitamins. I won't go into details here since I don't quite feel qualified to delve into the depths of nutrition of animals just yet but as always we learn something new every day. So with that being said we packed the Chevy down with a 6' version of the 20 hole feeder, 1000 pounds of supplement and our travel gear for a week. In hindsight it was a little crowded but we survived the 800 plus mile trip back to Arkansas in one piece with all of our goodies intact.
