Super Delicious Classic and a favorite dish. The world famous Lobster Roll.
1 1/2 pound lobster
3 tablespoons Mayonnaise
2 celery sticks
1 stick of butter
Garlic powder
Paprika
Salt
Pepper
Parsley
Dill
Lobster roll buns or hot dog buns cut in middle.
Caution)- Hot boiling water with alot of salt.
After Lobster is not with us anymore put into boiling water and cook for 10-12 minutes and bright red.
After cooked put immediately in a bowl of ice and i e water to make sure the meat doesnt harden.
Toast buns with butter and then serve all together
