First, Jose Lopez Pameas (charged with 3 counts of Aggravated Assault) rejects a plea deal. He previously turned down a 2-20 year range and is now facing 25 years to Life as a habitual offender. Things get spicy when he complains about being held in "Maximum" custody for 10 months, claiming the "Court said I had to stay there." Judge West shuts him down immediately: "No, I didn't say... that's not true."
Then, Jacoby Dorsey faces a Manslaughter charge. The State reveals he is already serving a 30-year sentence for Aggravated Robbery.
