Mr. Kid appears in court for sentencing after violating his robbery probation. He has already been sentenced to 117 Months (nearly 10 years) in Federal Prison for Hobbs Act Robbery and Brandishing a Firearm. The State proposes a "low offer" of just 2 years to simply "clear the case" from the docket. Judge West shuts it down immediately, stating: "I'm not going to accept an agreement of two years... somebody who's on robbery who commits another robbery needs a little more time."
