Описание: A spicy recipe made by using leftover idlis, it is a great combination made with onions, tomatoes and masalas.

Ingredients:

Butter 2 tb
Gun powder 2 tb
Onion chopped 1 n
Coriander chopped 1 b
Idly 6 n
Coconut chutney ½ cup

Directions:
Heat tava and add butter when butter melts add gun powder, mix it and add chopped onions, chopped coriander, cook it for minute and add idly on top of this
Cook it on both sides with masala switch off the flame and serve this with coconut chutney.
