"Tuck Jumps" also called "squat jumps" are a very good exercises if you are looking to " increase your vertical jump" or if you are looking to "run faster".
In this video we break down 2 tuck jump variations that you can be adding to your workouts if you want to become more explosive. Be sure that you are doing 20 reps of the tuck jumps and then 10 of each tuck jump cone variation.
