So the other day I decided to do a different sort of live stream. I had just received my quarterly clubcard points, and so i thought it would a bit of fun if you guys chose the ingredients for my next recipe. So off we popped down to tesco, and this was what I made from said ingredients. Now I did have some bits and bobs lying around at home, and with the stuff you chose I made this banging chicken noodle stir fry. This is a very simple but yummy chicken noodle stir fry, and the best thing is you can switch out the veggies to others if you like. I had a lot of fun doing this, so if you want to see more videos like this then let me know!

If you want to have a go at making this chicken noodle stir fry, here are the ingredients I used, below. You may want to play around with the amounts to make this yours. If you want more or less of something then go ahead, same goes if you want to leave something out or switch out a particular ingredient, remember it's your dinner! :)
for the marinade:
►about 400g of sliced chicken thigh
►1/2 tsp of soy sauce (light is preferred)
►1/2 tsp of sugar
►1/2 tsp salt
►1 tsp of cornflour
►a good pinch of pepper
►about 2 tbsp of water
for the stir fry:
►250g of fine egg noodles
►a good handful of beansprouts
►about 1/2 a red onion
►a good handful of sugar snap peas
►about 2 tbsp of water chestnuts
►about 2 tbsp of canned corn
►about half a green pepper
►2 cloves of garlic
►a thumb sized piece of ginger
►1 small red chilli
►1 tsp of sugar
►1/2 tsp salt
►1 tsp dark soy sauce
►ground black pepper
