Описание: Get that long, lean, length & strength feeling of a Reformer workout without leaving your house with this Lower Body Reformer to Mat Pilates Workout for Beginners.

In this 18-minute session, we are bringing the studio to your mat. We will use a Theraband (resistance band) to mimic the resistance of the Reformer springs, giving you a deep burn in the legs and glutes without the heavy machinery.

This is perfect for beginners or anyone looking for a low-impact, high-precision lower body burn.


In this class, we cover:
» Lower Body (Legs, Glutes, Hips)
» Hip Mobility to relieve stiff, tight hips
» Deep core engagement using theraband
» A full-body flow to reconnect and energize
