In this episode, we explore The Angry One–not as a flaw, misbehavior, or something that requires control, but as a protective boundary signal that formed for a reason.
We are understanding:
• why anger becomes irritability, control, or chronic tension
• why the body stays tight and vigilant
• why punishment made it worse
• and what anger was trying to protect all along
This is not a video about how to appropriately release your anger or fixing yourself.
It's about orientation and recognition—restoring dignity to a response that has often been misunderstood.
