This 32-minute dynamic vinyasa flow starts slowly and gradually builds pace through repetition. By repeating the same sequence, you’ll create heat in the body while staying connected to the breath and movement. The practice is energising without being rushed, allowing strength and focus to build naturally. Take breaks whenever you need to and move at a pace that feels right for you.
