Ingredients for cookie cake:
Flour: 500 grams
Butter: 220 grams
White sugar: 120 grams
Brown sugar: 100 grams
Eggs: 2
Vanilla: 1 gram
Baking powder: 10 grams
Chocolate chips and dark chocolate as desired
First, mix the white sugar, brown sugar, and butter together until completely combined. Then add the eggs and vanilla and mix. When well mixed, add the flour and baking powder in 2 stages. Be sure to sift the flour. Knead well with your hands until you get a non-sticky dough. If the dough sticks to your hands, add more flour.
Then add the desired amount of chocolate chips and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
After removing the dough from the refrigerator, divide it into 2 equal parts and flatten it with your hands or a rolling pin and spread it into the mold.
Then you can pour over the dark chocolate, white chocolate, or whatever you like.
Then spread the other half of the ingredients and place the dark chocolate on top.
Turn on the oven 20 minutes in advance. Put the cake in the oven for 45 minutes at 160 degrees Celsius.
After you take it out of the oven, let it cool completely. Then serve. If you touch it too soon, the ingredients will become doughy.
