Ingredients for Tiramisu Cheesecake:
Cocoa biscuits: 150
grams Room temperature butter: 70 grams
Cream cheese: 300 grams
Breakfast cream: 300 grams
Powdered sugar: 60 grams
Ladyfinger biscuits: 1 pack
Nescafe: 10 grams
Boiling water: 1 glass
First, crush the biscuits with whatever tool you have, then add the butter and place them in the ring.
Fix it tightly and then put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.
Mix the cream cheese, whipped cream, and powdered sugar with a mixer until completely smooth.
Pour half of the ingredients onto the biscuit crust and smooth with a spatula. Pour the Nescafe into the boiling water until dissolved. Then place the Ladyfinger biscuits into the Nescafe and boiling water mixture until they are soaked. Then arrange them on top of the ingredients. Do not soak too much as they will be crushed.
Then pour in the other half of the ingredients, smooth with a spatula, and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
After removing from the refrigerator, decorate the top with cocoa powder.
