to allow easy and quick release, leaving behind rust inhibitors

Application Tips...

1. Identify the seized part. In this example we have a stuck seat post.

2. Shake your can of Chill Zone™ vigorously. This step is important to activate Chill Zone’s penetrating oils.

3. Spray the clamped or threaded that you want to release for 10 to 20 seconds. You may need to spray again depending on the severity of the rust bonds.

Pro Tip: If your frame was water bottle bolts, turn your bike upside down and apply Chill Zone™ through the water bottle threads of the seat tube. This will ensure the formula gets to the problem area.


4. Wait 5 minutes for Chill Zone™ to break down the rust bonds. Again, you may need to repeat these steps and wait longer, depending on the severity of the rust bonds.

5. Finally, apply pressure and movement to the seized parts to release them.
