This garlic makalo from the Ohrid region is very popular, and probably the most garlicky spread or dip you will encounter.
Serve it on roasted meats, fish, veggies, a spread for sandwiches, in recipes, or simply with bread. OH! And it's GREAT with your pizza too!
Simple ingredients, but a PUNCH of flavour! Try making it, and keep it in the fridge for months for whenever you need that garlic hit!
