Sumo Squat X 8
Sumo position, legs calf raises x8
… Repeat for 3 minutes
Right leg forward, lean lunge x8
Right leg calf raises x 8
… Repeat for 3 minutes
Left leg forward lean lunge x8
Left leg calf raises x 8
… Repeat for 3 minutes
RDL x 8
Calf raises x 10
… Repeat for 3 minutes
Weighted bridge x 10
Squat x 8
… Repeat for 3 minutes
Suitcase squat x 8
Bridge with band and weight x 10
