We made Yaki curry today :)
Yaki = grilled, so essentially it’s ‘grilled curry’ or baked curry. It’s also sometimes called curry doria or curry rice gratin which is a western-influenced Japanese style rice casserole.
INGREDIENTS (2 servings):
2-3 cups Leftover Japanese curry
残り物カレー 約2-3 カップ
2 cups Cooked rice
ごはん 茶碗約2杯
2 Eggs
たまご 2個
2 Slices Mozzarella cheese or 1 cup shredded cheese
とろけるチーズ2枚、または、シュレッドチーズ1カップ
I've placed the egg that is halfway cooked and it fit it well. If you have leftover Japanese curry, this might be a good way to eat it :)
