Wall Sit Calf Raise with Shoulder Press
How to Do It (Step-by-Step):
Take the support of a wall and sit in a chair position.

Now hold two light dumbbells in both hands.
Raise your heels for a calf raise and simultaneously do a shoulder press.
Lower heels and bring arms down — 1 rep.
