On our final Episode of Road To SEA Games, we're joined by Henry He Yong, our 2.29 marathoner at 43 years of age.
Henry works as a researcher at the Singapore Food Agency (SFA) improving fish hatchery to support Singapore’s food security goals. Outside of work, he trains under the watchful eyes of his coach, Angela Hu, who is a 2x SEA Games representative.
It is Henry’s first media appearance in Singapore and we are delighted to have that honour. More importantly, he shared some of his training regime that shocked our hosts on the spot. 😱
