In this video, I’m showing you how to make traditional Rēwena bread, using a fermented potato bug starter instead of commercial yeast.
Rēwena is a traditional Māori bread from New Zealand. It has a soft crumb, slight tang, and is made using natural fermentation, similar to sourdough, but uniquely its own.
Turns out mine wasn't quite right, but videos are for learning, right?
