UJ hosted the 2nd UJ–Lucky Star Nutrition Education Seminar on 17 October 2025 at the STH Conference Rooms, engaging over 200 students in conversations on conscious, healthy eating.
Keynote speaker Henry Wood challenged industrial food systems and advocated for organic, whole foods, while Linda Galvad encouraged students to grow their own food. Contributions from Chef Noni, NMU’s SNAC group, and a 20-recipe healthy meals booklet rounded off the session.
Organised under the UJ Healthy Campus Programme, the seminar highlighted the growing need for sustainable, healthy lifestyles.
