While engagement of people (users, customers, stakeholders, etc) is critical to any innovation effort, the changing pace and scale of organizational and societal challenges makes it even more important. Increasingly, we find ourselves needing to tap into a “bigger brain”. Tricia and John, two change practitioners and co-hosts of the Every Little Model podcast, led an interactive session exploring this ingenuity gap, and how tools and technologies are becoming available to enhance engagement and access wider intelligence to solve the problems that matter.

About the Presenters
John and Tricia are change practitioners who have 25+ years of experience in meeting design and innovation techniques. They have helped clients to deploy team creativity and innovation techniques to help drive sustainable change. They host the Every Little Model podcast, where they share models that help bring inspiration and creativity into the world of work.
