A founding partner of Rees McCann, Steve designs and delivers online events and training that are engaging and innovative, in line with the Rees McCann mission statement - “Making online events and training better than in the room experiences for more people, more of the time.”

Steve’s unique skill lies in tesselating ideas, people, clients, and talented people so that they connect and create mutually beneficial outcomes. He is motivated by making the right kind of outcome inevitable, by being curious about intent, and by nudging people and ideas to meet in a winning way.

In his career, he has been a commissioned army officer, a management consultant, and the founder of a risk management and training company called Safer Edge, active in the humanitarian and education sectors, which he led for 17 years prior to establishing Rees McCann with Judy Rees.
