PMJ – Call for papers - 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁-𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘀

Описание: The aim of this special issue is to enhance our understanding of the management of project-based #supplychains, a distinctive coalition of temporary and permanent organizations with unique challenges in coordination, integration, and #governance.
Indeed, project-based supply chains differ fundamentally from traditionally product-based ones. While the latter emphasize continuous, repetitive production of standardized #products, the former are characterized by uniqueness, their #temporary nature, and the need for customization to meet specific project requirements. Project-based supply chains are often reconfigured from scratch, with each new project requiring a unique setup, constraining opportunities for continuous improvement.

𝑷𝒐𝒕𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒊𝒂𝒍 𝑻𝒐𝒑𝒊𝒄𝒔 𝒐𝒇 𝑰𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒕
• What are the challenges of managing ad hoc, fragmented project-based supply chains?
• What strategies can be used to effectively integrate diverse supply chain partners and manage interfaces within project-based contexts?
• How can collaborative supply chain architectures be designed to consider key stakeholders, dynamic configurations, and the evolutionary aspects of project-based structures?
• What impact do diverse contractual arrangements and governance models have on coordination, control, and success in project-based supply chains?
• What novel forms of governance are emerging to improve the efficiency of project-based supply chains?
