This is Vertical Jump Training Vlog – Episode 19, a strong training day focused on building strength and continuing to improve my vertical jump as I work toward dunking on a 10-foot rim and jumping higher for volleyball.
In this session, I could feel the jumps climbing back up.
This video documents how I’m training to jump higher in volleyball as a shorter player through max-intent jumps and structured strength work.

• Deep back squats
• True squats
