Strengths of this bag include:
This is a generally well executed standard maximum capacity carry on plastic rolling luggage that has a few nice differentiating touches
At 3.1 kg it is slightly lighter than the average for most plastic hard sided carry on luggages of this capacity though by no means class leading in terms of weight
Made of recycled materials for the body shell and lining and more importantly key components are replaceable and self-serviceable parts under a 10-year warranty which I think is admirable
and speaks to Bellroy's interest in sustainability and B-Corp status
Built in packing cubes on the interior is kind of interesting and introduces some flexibility and above average organization, while also allowing you to be able to get at some of the contents whilst the bag is standing up and slightly cracked open.
It's got fabric handles which is not so common especially on plastic luggage and I think both looks good and at least initially has a nice hand feel.

Opportunities for improvement include:
In my opinion the biggest area for improvement is that there isn't too much that is super innovative about this one which was surprising for something coming from Bellroy
Overall, this is a competent but not overwhelmingly differentiated offering versus the competition - which when I look at the boundaries and innovation that Bellroy pushes in the backpack/pouch/etc. space, perhaps leaves me wanting for more.
