Here is a high quality Chuck E. Cheese PBS Kids sponsor spot that I found in an April 2003 show tape. Some PBS program breaks from various shows like Clifford the Big Red Dog for instance (or Clifford's Puppy Days) likely used this spot with the URL byline on the bottom of the CEC logo, but this one does not, which I believe it has been used before that.
The announcer for this spot, is surprisingly Canadian voice actor, Michael Donovan, who did these funding spots for PBS Kids from 2002 to around 2011.
