2 lbs Cooked Ham Cut Into Bite Size Pieces
1 Medium White Onion Chopped
2 lbs Frozen Whole Kernel Corn
1 ½ lbs Small Red Potatoes Quartered
48 oz Lower Sodium Chicken Broth
24 oz Heavy Cream
Salt & Pepper To Taste
