Описание: This session includes several Table Balance practices as well as several Glute-strengthening Table practices and a Cat Series from Table position. So, with lots of time on your hands and knees, be sure to circle your wrists whenever you need to or use your fist-down position rather than bending your wrists for palm support. You can also put a small pad under your knees if the surface beneath is too hard.
