Описание: Today's practice begins with some standing Warrior variations; these practices strengthen the standing posture and strength of the Leg muscles. Moving from Warrior2 to Warrior1 also moves the Hips in their sockets as you turn from the side-open position to the front-facing adjustment. Keep the weight evenly distributed on your feet throughout. The Tree Balance is another Hip-opening practice, as are the Bridge variations, though they each work the Hips and Pelvis slightly differently.
