Sofia Harris, a senior in Boston University’s College of Communication, is using her final year to create an original choreography for Dance Theatre Group, BU’s oldest and largest dance organization. Movement in Making follows Sofia’s creative process from concept to performance—capturing how her choreography evolves through weekly rehearsals, faculty
showings, lighting and dress rehearsals, and the final show. The piece explores how collaboration and experimentation shape Sofia’s vision, revealing the connection between movement, identity, and storytelling.
