In this 1st part of two videos I show you how I make a replacement panel for my early windscreen cowl ,they are out of stock in the places I buy my parts from and have been for a long time plus I’m too tight to pay extra postage cost
I have removed the panel from the frame and I begin to flatten it out and the scribe the shape to a fresh sheet of steel ,I then cut it out roughly and then make a precision cut around the exact shape
In part 2 ,I show how I shape the new panel to fit the frame and weld it on
