In this part 2 ,I show you how I fold over the edges with perfect no dent edges ,first I practice folding the edge over with a cut scrap sheet then onto the actual cowl panel and watch to see how it turned out
I’ve added some light music to the movie to make it easier on the ears with all that banging as I’m not cutting it out since I like watching the metal shape and you get to see that I’m actually doing it properly
Please watch part 1 on how I got to this point by flattening out the old panel and cutting out the new panel ,then trimming the excess metal
I have been working metal all my working life and enjoy it ,I used all my experience showing you this method ,it works for me perfect as you will see
Next part 3 I will shape the corner sections and weld them on and then weld the new panel to my Willys MB windscreen
