Ask the Expert’s are free community education workshops put on by Bothell Pediatric and Hand Therapy. This workshop focused on helping parents (as well as educators and doctors) learn how sensory processing differences contribute to a child’s ability to cope with daily routines and activities. It was presented by our very own, Beth Tenace, MS, OTR/L.
This presentation served as an introduction to sensory processing theory and how differences might contribute to fears, tantrums, and other inappropriate behaviors.
