50 grams Cloud Ear Fungus/bukni/Tenga ng Daga(soak in water)
30 g Dried Shrimp (soak in water)
30 g Dried Stripped Squid
2 pcs Chorizo Bilbao (sliced)
1/2 cup Soy Sauce
250 grams Longi Sotanghon
250 grams Pansit Canton
100 grams Carrots (sliced)
50 grams Cabbage (sliced)
1 pack 30 grams Oyster Sauce
1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
2 cups Water
2 stalks Spring Onion (chopped)
