Bam-i is a delightful combination of canton noodles and sotanghon, stir-fried together with pork, chicken, shrimp, and fresh vegetables. Seasoned to perfection, it’s a medley of flavors and textures — savory, slightly sweet, and irresistibly satisfying.
Ingredients
Set A
Chicken & Pork Stock
8 Cups Water, for boiling
500g Chicken breast
500g Pork belly
1 Sachet Chicken Bouillon
Set B
Oil for sautéing
¼ Cup Onion, minced
2 Tbsp Garlic, minced
½ Cup Dried Shrimp, soak in water
½ Cup Dried Squid, soak in water
1 Cup Chorizo bilbao, sliced
Add your Shredded Chicken & sliced pork
1 Tbsp Fish Sauce
add your chicken & pork stock
1 Pack of 400g Good Life Egg Noodles
1 Cup Carrot, julienned
2 Packs of 250g Good Life Premium Vermicelli Noodles , soak in water
2 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
Set C
3 Cups Cabbage, shredded
1 Cup Wood ear mushroom, sliced
¼ Cup Chinese Celery, chopped
Season with white pepper & sesame oil
Set D
Garnish & Side
Fried Garlic
Chinese celery
Calamansi
