This sleep hypnosis has been written and recorded by a qualified hypnotist with over 15 years of clinical experience, working with the subconscious mind to support deep relaxation, emotional regulation, and restorative sleep.

There is nothing required of you while listening.
You do not need to concentrate, analyse, or “try” to fall asleep.

Simply allow the sound of my voice to guide you gently into a progressively deeper state of rest.

As your body relaxes and your mind begins to quiet, your nervous system is given the conditions it needs to move out of stress and into safety — where natural sleep can emerge on its own.

This session is intended to help:
• Ease an overactive or anxious mind
• Release accumulated stress and mental fatigue
• Support the body’s natural sleep response
• Guide you into deep, uninterrupted rest
• Allow the subconscious mind to integrate calming, restorative suggestions

You may fall asleep quickly, or you may drift in and out of awareness.
You may remember parts of this session, or very little at all.
All responses are normal and appropriate.

Hypnosis works at the level of the subconscious, which continues to respond beneficially even as conscious awareness fades into sleep.

For best results, listen in a comfortable position, ideally at night, with the volume set low. Allow yourself to rest without effort, expectation, or judgement.
