熟透的香蕉不要扔哦~我们把它们变成超级好吃的香蕉小面包!
今天来分享不用揉面也不用面包机(厨师机)就能做出来松软香甜的面包~
材料:
~熟透的香蕉 2根 共170克左右(如果香蕉比较多,面团会湿粘一些,后面可以相对少加一些牛奶。
~高筋面粉 250克
~糖 20克 (不想要甜的可以不加)
~盐 2克
~酵母粉 3克
~无盐黄油 25克
~牛奶或水 (适量)用来调节面团湿度
~8寸圆形蛋糕模具
180度烘烤20分钟左右,想要表皮脆一点的话可以烤完后在烤箱里放置5-10分钟再取出。
Ingredients:
~Ripe bananas x2 (around 170g total weight, if more than this weight the bread dough will be moist and sticky, so make sure to add less milk in the later step)
~Bread flour 250g
~ Sugar 20g (optional - if you prefer less sweetness)
~Salt 2g
~Dry yeast 3g
~Unsalted butter 25g
~Milk or water (~20ml) to adjust the bread dough, add in few lots
~8 inch round cake mould
Bake at 180C for 20 mins, if you would like the surface to be crispy, leave the bread in the oven for 5-10 mins after baking time.
