Soak 200 g of chickpeas in water overnight.
150 ml water
Pour a teaspoon of vinegar into 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
70 g flaxseed
2 tablespoons psyllium
1/2 teaspoon salt
Bake for 45 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius / 350 degrees Fahrenheit
Check the bread with a toothpick to see if it is ready
For the filling: 1 avocado, 100 g mozzarella, lemon wedge, salt
