Today we are getting after a kettlebell ONLY full body workout that burns a ton of calories in a short amount of time. Just under 30 minutes and two pairs of kettlebells is all you need for this one!
Equipment Needed: 1 pair of heavier and 1 pair of lighter kettlebells. For reference, I'm using a pair of 53 pounders (24kg) and a pair of 26 pounders (12kg)
