Super Crispy Spiecy fried chicken is a standard dish in the Cantonese cuisine of Indian Cuisin And southern China and Hong Kong.The chicken is fried in such a way that the skin is extremely crunchy, but the white meat is relatively soft.This is done by first Marinate the chicken in spices (e.g. Crushed Coriander Seeds, Crushed Cumin Seeds, Crushed Black pepper And Red Chilli, Garlic Paste) Fry It coating Of Crushed Spieces (Crushed Coriander Seeds, Crushed Cumin Seeds, Crushed Black pepper And Red Chilli) thoroughly which helps make the skin crispy) and deep frying.
