Chawal ka halwa ek traditional Indian mithai hai jo chawal, doodh, cheeni aur dry fruits se banti hai. Ye khaas taur par festivals aur special occasions par banayi jati hai.
📝 Ingredients:
1 cup chawal (bhigo kar 2–3 ghante)
1 liter doodh
½–¾ cup cheeni (swad anusar)
2–3 tbsp ghee
4–5 elaichi (powder)
8–10 badam (kate hue)
8–10 kaju (kate hue)
1 tbsp kishmish
👩🍳 Banane ki Vidhi:
Chawal taiyar karein:
Bhige hue chawal ko pani nikal kar halka sa mota pees lein (paste na banayein).
Doodh ubalein:
Kadhai me doodh garam karein aur ubalne dein.
Chawal pakayein:
Peesa hua chawal doodh me daal kar medium flame par pakayein. Lagatar chalate rahein taaki neeche na lage.
Ghee aur cheeni daalein:
Jab mixture gaadha hone lage, tab ghee aur cheeni daal dein. Achhi tarah milayein.
Dry fruits add karein:
Elaichi powder aur saare dry fruits daal kar 5–7 minute aur pakayein.
Serve karein:
Jab halwa thick ho jaye aur ghee halka sa chhootne lage, gas band kar dein. Garma-garam ya thanda serve karein.
💡 Tip: Agar aap thoda aur rich taste chahte hain to thoda sa condensed milk bhi add kar sakte hain.
