Plate
Small paper
We invite you to create a Sacred Space
Light a candle or many
Connect with fire, greet and welcome the spirit of the fire to work with you
Connect with what you want to release, emotions, thoughts, physical alignments,...etc.
Begin to blow and release all of the energy out of your body and into the paper
Release with gratitude
Place the paper on the flame
Then carefully place on the plate and watch how it all transforms into smoke
Then bring the energy and light of the fire into your light body, activate your power centers. Illuminate your light body and imagine your spirit as an generator of light, just as a sun.
