Welcome to the Mah Family (Kitchen) Channel. Today, I'm going to be making Korean Kimchi / Kimchee! If you did not know, kimchi / kimchee is a staple traditional side dish made of fermented, salted napa cabbage and radish in Korea. It has many layers of flavours but the prominent tastes are sour, garlicky and spicy. So let's get cooking!
