Welcome to the Mah Family (Kitchen) Channel. Today, I'm going to be making Thai Cassava (Tapioca) in Coconut Milk Dessert! Also known as Singkong Thailand / Montad Chuame / Candied Cassava. Pieces of cassava/tapioca are simmered in sugar water while coconut milk syrup is poured on top before serving. Absolute bliss! This dish is savoury and sweet. So let's get cooking!

Ingredients / 材料 :
600g of tapioca (cassava) / 600克木薯
1/2 teaspoon of salt / 1/2茶匙盐
100g of sugar / 100克糖
1/2 teaspoon of tapioca flour / 1/2茶匙木薯粉
200mL of coconut milk / 200毫升椰奶
4 Pandan Leaves / 4片班兰叶
