Cooking a whole Cinderella Pumpkin
For pie or for eating the same as say a sweet potato or butternut squash.
1. Wash Pumpkin
2. Cut open and take out seeds and fibers
3. Roast / bake for 1 hr or more
4. Drain and excess liquid & mash if for pie or soup
5. Might need to strain the mash to remove more liquid
6. For pie: add 2 eggs, heavy cream, brown sugar & cinnamon and pinch of salt
7. Bake in crust for 45 min or oil golden
