Day 3 of a 90-day daily reps challenge.
Every day I complete:
• 100 Pull-Ups
• 200 Pushups
• 300 Squats
Broken into 20 rounds for consistency and mental discipline.
This challenge isn’t random.
I recently completed 46 straight days of 100 pull-ups… until my streak broke on Christmas Day. No injury. No excuse. Just life.
Instead of quitting, I’m rebuilding—stronger, more intentional, and more resilient.
