Ingredients:
1 Kilo Pork Belly
2 Tbsp Veg oil
2 Pcs Saba (banana)
1/4 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Crushed Peppercorn
4 Cloves garlic
1 Medium size Onion
1/4 Tsp Whole Peppercorn
2 Bayleaves or Laurel
2 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
4 Tbsp Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup Soy sauce
1/4 Cup Vinegar
1 Cup water (or more as needed)
2 Tbsp Tomato Sauce
1 Medium size Potato
1 Medium size Carrots
