1. Pork Marinade
1.2 kilos - pork belly
1/2 cup - vinegar
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 cup - pineapple juice
2. Fry | Saute | Simmer
3 tbsp - olive oil
4 pcs - saba
***marinated pork belly
1/3 cup - garlic
1 cup - shallots| onions
***marinade liquid
1 tsp - peppercorns
2 pcs - bay leaves
1 tbsp - spicy chilis
1 cup - water
1 tbsp - liquid seasoning
2 tbsp - sugar
5 pcs - spicy chilis for garnish
***fried saba
Cooking Time: Approximately 1 hour & 10 minutes
